Line Renate Samuelsen is the Tourism Director of Lofoten and a driving force for sustainable and regenerative destination development. With a background in tourism management, destination development, and sustainability strategy, she has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. She actively works to balance value creation, environmental responsibility, and local engagement, with a strong focus on how tourism can contribute to both nature restoration and community development. Through strategic planning, innovation, and collaboration, she is leading the effort to position Lofoten as an international model for regenerative tourism.
